South Australia’s new AED law takes effect January 2026 – Are you ready?

Effective January 2026, AEDs will be mandatory in many South Australian facilities, including commercial spaces, schools, gyms, apartment blocks, recreational facilities, and more. To be legislation-ready, AEDs must be installed and operational before 31 December 2025. Planning and procurement should start early to avoid stock shortages or installation delays.
