CPR Tips Card

Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) can happen anywhere, anytime, without warning. Many victims can survive if bystanders act immediately. When someone collapses from SCA, the chance of survival decreases by 10% every minute unless high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is performed.1

Keep this wallet-sized laminated card with tips from the American Heart Association Guidelines handy. Performing CPR at the proper depth and rate, which are listed on the card, could help save a life — a family member, coworker, or friend could depend on it.
