Updated Corporate Look for Social Media Campaigns
We’ve updated our social media campaigns to better reflect our corporate visual branding. Take a look.
We’re continuing to streamline the copy review process. From now on, copy changes will be reviewed via an inMotion proof (excluding minor changes to smaller projects, like eblasts and social media posts). Detailed instructions will be included with each proof, but here’s an overview:
The editors will no longer email Word documents to marketers; now marketers can access their revised Word docs through an inMotion copy proof.
Marketers will receive an email notifying them when a copy proof is ready for their review, and they can then download the edited Word doc directly from the proof.
Marketers can then edit and revise the Word file using revisions, as they normally would, and upload the reviewed file back into inMotion using standard file-naming conventions to indicate that they have reviewed the file.
Editors will receive an alert when marketers have completed their review and will incorporate changes before sending the file on to design.
Want to Speed Up Your inMotion Proof Reviews?
Project requestors are responsible for answering any questions raised in the proof and should provide clarity where necessary. Making sure questions get answered invariably speeds up your reviews!
Explain It in a Video!
If it’s easier for you to explain your project request in a video, please go ahead and do so. Be sure to include what you want and show examples. Record your video and upload it to your project request.
Changes to Eblast Request Form
The deploy date, email subject line, and exact HubSpot list name are now required fields. These three items are mandatory for eblasts, and if they aren’t filled in, your request can't be accepted.
Be a Team Player
For projects already accepted into inMotion, be sure to notify the project owner of any changes to text, scope, due date, etc. Making changes to the project request after it’s been accepted won’t automatically update the project and will not notify the team members, so be sure to let your team know what changes you’ve made.
Don’t Forget MOM!
All the latest versions of marketing literature are on www.zoll.com/mom along with their low-res PDFs. When doing a search, you can simply enter the last four digits of the MCN number to go directly to your piece.
Form Fact
If you’d like to receive an email notification or have Sales Development notified by email when a form is submitted, please indicate this in the initial request, as those workflows are not active by default. The lead will still have the assigned source code applied to it in Salesforce.
PDF Perfect
When making comments on a PDF, it’s best to use the strikethrough or the highlight text feature so your designer can identify precisely what you’d like to change. Or you can copy the entire section and paste the corrected the text in the comment box, so they know precisely what to change. Too many comments can get confusing.
