Hospital Clinical Programmes
Learn more about the ZOLL® Clinical Support Team.
The Pathways programme helps hospitals improve resuscitative care by focusing on CPR data. CPR is crucial to providing the highest level of care during a resuscitation attempt. ZOLL's Clinical Support Team will join you and your staff and will collect all your CPR data. ZOLL equipment is not required to participate in the Pathways programme.
A workshop can help you and your team sharpen your skills, so you are better prepared for the next emergency. This no-cost programme focusses on high-quality CPR and advanced monitoring within the facilities currently using any ZOLL monitor/defibrillator.
Along with early defibrillation, high-quality CPR is one of the most important interventions during cardiac arrest. But this life-saving skill is often performed sub-optimally — and rarely measured. The one-day CPR Advantage course will cultivate and enhance a culture of high-quality CPR within services currently using ZOLL defibrillators with CPR feedback.
The half-day CPR Data & Analytics programme provides comprehensive training on the importance of data collection, review, and debriefing, and it explores the practical benefits of incorporating retrospective data analysis into clinical resuscitation practice.
High-quality CPR is critical to effectively treating cardiac arrest. By combining CPR with technology and debriefing best practices, you can dramatically improve cardiac arrest outcomes.
EMS Clinical Programmes

The EMS Roadways will show you ways to measure and improve your resuscitative care. This no-cost, one-day clinical programme consists of benchmarking and resuscitation simulation modules to give a snapshot of your service's performance.
The Outcomes Workshop can help you and your team sharpen your skills, so you are better prepared for the next emergency. The no-cost, Outcomes Workshop focusses on high-quality CPR, advanced monitoring, and ventilation within ambulance services currently using ZOLL X Series® Advanced, X Series, or ZOLL AED 3® monitor/defibrillators.

Manual ventilation can be challenging and is sometimes inefficient. In such cases, mechanical ventilation can be a viable solution. Reach out to your local ZOLL® representative to learn more about our mechanical ventilation course and hands-on sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely not. Agreeing to do a clinical programme simply allows us to help you answer any questions you may have, for example: What is the CPR quality of my staff? How can I improve my CPR quality? How can we improve survival from cardiac arrest? How can data help improve healthcare outcomes?
Whether you are satisfied ZOLL user, or you use another manufacturer’s devices, you are not committing to buy anything.
Testimonials
Here’s what participants are saying about our clinical programmes:
Pathways, UK
The Pathways programme we did with ZOLL was much more than we expected. There was no obligation and certainly no pressure from anyone else from ZOLL. The clinical team’s independence from the sales team makes this unique and very clinically focused. We were so impressed by the programme, we published a poster post event and are actively working towards widespread use of CPR electrodes in the hospital.
Hospital Masterclass in Spain
I was greatly surprised. The topics presented were very interesting, and all the data shared — even being an ALS instructor and knowing the importance of a HQ CPR — helps you to reinforce your knowledge and gives you strong arguments to transmit this importance to others.
The speakers were excellent and the benchmarking part very interesting. I believe that demonstrating in situ that using CPR feedback makes your CPR quality to improve, makes bigger the impact of the Masterclass.
Definitely, I would recommend my colleagues to attend a Masterclass.
EMS Roadways, Nordics
For the EMS Roadway, we asked our most experienced trainers; we expect to achieve great results. The EMS Roadways made us realize that only with data we can measure our results. This EMS Roadways was a great tool to let us experience how powerful data can be. We would recommend this for other services as well.
