Project Management Software - InMotion

InMotion is our project management system, used to request projects from the Creative Services team. To initiate a marketing project of any type, simply log into the site, go to My Job Launch, and click the “Start New” button. It will be submitted to Chris Pearlstein, the Sr. Projects Manager, for consideration and assignment.

ZOLL Image Library

The ZOLL Image Library website was developed to provide ZOLL marketing personnel, international and domestic, with convenient access to our photography. This online library provides an efficient way to browse, share, and download high-resolution images, including the ZOLL logo. The website is updated regularly as new photography becomes available to keep the library current. The password to access all of the material is zollimages.

Sitecore

Sitecore is the website content management system for zoll.com in every language. To add new content or make edits to the website, please submit an InMotion request and we will work with you to add or edit your content.

Marketing Online Materials (MOM)

MOM is our automated online ordering system for marketing materials. Run by an outside vendor, MOM enables our reps, distributors, and international colleagues to order marketing materials online. Once an order is placed, an email confirmation is sent to the requestor. Please allow 72 hours plus shipping time for an order to be processed.

Global marketing campaigns and leads are housed in a central repository in our CRM, Salesforce.com. If you are responsible for entering leads, following up on leads, or generating campaigns for marketing, you must follow ZOLL’s conventions and standards for creating a campaign in Salesforce. Below you will find the information regarding how to create a source code in Salesforce:
