Sitecore is the website content management system for zoll.com in 10 languages. To ensure the website is EU MDR-compliant, it’s essential that all product pages are globally consistent, unless there is a compelling business reason for the exception. Please allow enough time for translations when submitting a product page update. The goal of the website is not only to generate brand awareness but also to enable lead generation. Please consider the purpose of each web page and how you want to drive visitors toward that goal. Visit our website style guide to learn more about CTAs, page layout and image consistency. To add new content or make edits to the website, please submit an inMotion request and we will work with you to add or edit your content.
We use HubSpot for social media, e-blasts, email lists, landing pages, calls-to-action, and lead nurturing. Through this software we have developed compelling templates for all global markets. Information collected can also go directly to into Salesforce.com. To request a social media, email, landing page, or call-to-action project, please enter a request through inMotion.
We maintain the ZOLL Resource Center (ZRC) to support the Hospital, EMS, Public Safety, and TMS markets in North America and globally. The ZOLL Resource Center holds all approved digital and print marketing communications items, and enables users to send these materials to customers and prospects.
We have developed engaging online quizzes based on a variety of topics for the different market segments. Visit info.zoll.com/quizzes to see the full list of quizzes.
Any quiz can be customized. Please submit a project request in inMotion to have one created for you.

We provide translation services for marketing materials and web pages. We work with and oversee an outside company that provides translation from an English source file. MCN refers to marketing control number, our process for approving marketing materials, as described in the ZOLL® Standard Operation Procedures. These materials are generated and used by ZOLL personnel to identify and promote ZOLL devices and services, and for training. The Marketing Material Approval Process defines the approval requirements for each type of marketing piece.

Projects that involve strategy and planning or that include multiple components (such as brochures and video scripts or white papers) require a copy creative brief and a kick-off meeting. The copy creative brief will help the Editorial team understand your goals to serve you better, and the kick-off meeting will offer you the opportunity to explain your project to the integrated marketing services team.
Download a copy creative brief here. Please complete the brief before the meeting.

Trade shows are categorized by market: Hospital, EMS, Temperature Management, Military, and Public Safety/Alternate Care. ZOLL’s trade show booth can be configured from 20 x 20 to 50 x 50. This booth is used at ten national shows each year in the EMS and Hospital markets.
For smaller national shows, ZOLL utilizes banner stands, lightbox exhibits, network exhibits, and pop-ups. All logistics, housing, staffing, etc. is handled by ZOLL’s trade show department (contact info below).
ZOLL also has a regional/local trade show program. Banner stands are used for local shows. Local sales reps can log into www.zoll.com/DAD to obtain the forms required to attend a local show.
Please note: All trade show graphics are designed by our in-house design team to maintain the consistency of the ZOLL brand. In addition, we regularly work with exhibit companies to develop trade show components.
