Once an email is sent, nothing can be changed (copy, images, subject line). Carefully review every detail of the inMotion proof to ensure that it is correct before the email is sent. To send a followup email with new copy, images, or subject line, submit a new project and mark it "Resend."

In inMotion, click the icons in the upper-right corner (above the comments section) of your proof to check the status of your project and to see who else is reviewing it.
When putting a project into inMotion for a trade show, always submit dimensions or renderings. Information can be supplied by the company you are purchasing from. This will save time and help the designers.
